Shipping Information
We are pleased to offer delivery across the United Kingdom using Royal Mail. All orders are processed and shipped from our UK fulfillment center.
- Delivery Timeframe: Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day and delivered within 1-3 business days from the dispatch date, depending on your location.
- Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment through Royal Mail.
- Delivery Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
- Delivery Issues: In the rare case that your delivery is delayed or lost, please contact us at support@beautybydaz.co.uk, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting us via support@beautybydaz.co.uk. After this window, orders will be processed and shipped, and cancellation will no longer be possible.
Returns & Refunds
At Beauty by Daz, customer satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with the products you received, please follow our return process below:
- Eligibility for Return: You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order if there is a defect or issue with the product. After this time frame, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- Return Process: Once you contact us at support@beautybydaz.co.uk, we will arrange for the return of the item(s). Beauty by Daz will handle the pickup of the return directly from your location.
- Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Non-Refundable Situations: We do not offer refunds for change of mind or any other reason beyond product defects.
- Important Note: Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Beauty by Daz reserves the right to refuse a refund if the product has been used, damaged, or is not in its original condition.
